Each product is prepared by hand using fresh, all natural ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial flavors, trans fats, or additives. We crack each egg, shred our own cheese, and chop fresh spices.

Our current product offerings include sandwich/burger rolls, bagels, pizzas, pizza shells, and baguettes, which are available in Original, Sesame, Sun-dried Tomato/Basil, Pumpernickel, and Rosemary flavors. We also have two dairy free flavors.
Our baguettes are crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, and full of flavor. Each baguette is approximately twelve inches in length, with a serving size of about one/third baguette per serving. You can make great subs, hoagies, grinders, and cheese steak sandwiches. Whatever you call it, our baguettes make great sandwich material. Imagine a sandwich on bread you don’t have to toast—that’s a gluten free novelty! One of our rolls makes a perfect sandwich or a burger bun. You’ll find they hold the burger and all the fixings even better than any wheat bun. Not soggy, not crumbly, and they taste like real bread. Longing for a Reuben sandwich? It still knocks us out how much people rave about our bagels. Light and airy, folks often describe them as having the texture of a croissant. Well, cool—but it’s a bagel! They make a perfect breakfast or lunch item. Available in Sesame and Sun-dried Tomato/Basil flavors. Package of six bagels.
Finally, a “no apologies” gluten free pizza crust. As we all know, in any decent pizza, the crust’s the thing. Ours even passes the teenager test. Hand-crafted with three cheeses baked right into the dough, our shell is the ideal platform for everything from conventional to Mediterranean pizza. Try grilling one outdoors for a unique, wood-fired flavor. One twelve-inch shell per package.
Folks who love our pizza shells kept asking us when we were going to make the whole pizza. Well, now we have. Our two varieties of 12-inch pizzas are cheesy and brimming with taste. You won’t find a glitzy photo-shopped picture of a pizza on the front of our box. You can peek inside and view the freshly grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese, real unadulterated pizza sauce, and our puffy golden three-cheese pizza crust. This is the real deal, and it is GLUTEN FREE. We make a traditional three-cheese/tomato pizza as well as a pesto pizza made with our own nut-free pesto.
Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Breads
Vermont Country Roll
Folks have been asking us for some time if we could develop a dairy free version of our popular gluten free breads, and now we have. Our Vermont Country Rolls are a unique Vermont original–light yet substantial enough to hold deli sandwiches and burgers. Our rolls have a unique, non-rice based formulation using organic coconut milk. Like all of our products, they are all natural, non-GMO, and are made with no preservatives, additives, or enzymes. Our cinnamon raisin bagels are both gluten free and dairy free. They are light and chewy, but with a bagel-like texture. Like the Vermont Country Rolls, a main ingredient is organic coconut milk, and other simple, fresh ingredients. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. Package of six bagels.
