Where To Find Our Products

AGAINST THE GRAIN GOURMET® is a wholesale manufacturer of gluten-free bread products. Our products are made in a 100% gluten-free and nut-free environment in our 7,200 square foot, state-of-the-art factory in Brattleboro, Vermont. We began shipping from our new our facility in January, 2007. We are selling and distributing our products nationwide through United Natural Foods, Inc., starting on the East coast. We will be expanding distribution across the country as we increase our sales and production capacity throughout 2007 and 2008. We are presently available in twelve states on the East coast from Maine to Virginia.

Our bread is shipped and sold frozen. You'll find our products in the frozen food section of your local natural/health food store. Want your local health/natural food store to carry our bread? Ask their frozen food buyer to consider carrying our products. You can have them contact our distributor, United Natural Foods, or they can contact us directly and we'll put them in touch with our distributor.

We are also trying to introduce our products at various celiac support groups on the East coast. Every few weeks we try to participate in meetings and events, giving out samples of our products. Direct and Online Sales

We get many inquiries and requests to sell directly to customers, either by mail order or via online sales. The challenges of shipping a frozen product directly to customers are significant. We have explored various shipping methods, but all require expensive, environmentally hostile packaging that runs counter to what we believe in as a company.  The fastest way for us to get our products to the folks who want it is to concentrate on getting it into stores. We are not able to ship our products directly to customers at the present time.
